A relaxing, one or two session treatment for habits such as nail biting and the best way to prepare for flights, combat exam nerves, driving test nerves and other nerve-wracking situations. It is also excellent as a weight loss boost.

How to Pay

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or card (except for Smoking Cessation which is cash only).

Cancellations

Please give 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Cancellations after this will be subject to full payment for that session.
